This section describes the line of conduct of the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (hereafter "the Commission") when processing personal data.
This way of working is applied to both computerized and manual processing operations.
Processing visitors' and users' personal data
The Commission is a collegiate body represented by a President and Vice-President. Its offices are located 139, Rue Haute, 1000 Brussels.
The Commission does not process any personal data about the visitors of this website. Personal data are only transmitted to members of staff handling requests. If the user refuses to disclose certain essential data, it is possible that the Commission is unable to comply with the request.
Any person whose data are processed can access his data and have them rectified or deleted. He can do so by sending a letter stating his reasons for rectification or deletion and including a copy of his identity card to the address above or by sending an e-mail to the following address: commission(at)privacycommission.be.
